Double Implant and Double Lock Augmented Rhinoplasty

Abstract

The Double Implant and Double Lock Augmented Rhinoplasty technique has been developed between 2006-2077,200 cases were performed,age 18-45   years old, The operationt ime were 50-75 minutes with no need for hospital admission. The complications are deviated nose, thinning skin, perforation at the lower end of nose which less than the classical rhinoplasty.
